Returns
Because perfume is a personal care product, we can accept returns only for unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing photo or video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive and check the return.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the mistake was ours.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Email us with your order number.
